Hannah Cockroft MBE and Jordanne Whiley MBE named in 50 Most Influential Women in Sport

The Independent on Sunday today published it's first ever 50 Most Influential Women in Sport List.

 

Generally, the list of 50 women, which was chosen by a judging panel that included Maggie Alphonsi, Gail Emms and Sue Mott amongst others, can be broken down as follow;

Sportswomen 19                 
Administrators 11
Media 10
Others (inc. coaches) 6
Commercial 4

We are proud that the achievement of two members of #Team17 have been recognised and that they are included on the list of 19 current sportswomen.

 

Congratulations to Hannah listed at 38 and Jordanne 45.
